Last night try to get my E.C.U. an Uprev re-flash,agent told me,there are no maps for my E.C.U.,so he download my standard map in my E.C.U.,then he mail it over

Last night try to get my E.C.U. an Uprev re-flash,agent told me,there are no maps for my E.C.U.,so he download my standard map in my E.C.U.,then he mail it over to Uprev,rewrite it & send it back to S'pore,hopefully in 2 weeks time,have anyone encounter this before.?
