The tune shop can easily do it. With UpRev, you purchase a license and can revert the car whenever granted that you have the software. I don't have the specifics of the software - others can chime in. Before getting your car done and once you purchase the UpRev license, you can let the tuner know that you would like to be able to flash your car whenever, he should be able to provide you with all you need. No need to be charged for it every time you flash the car... just proceed with caution.
