I've had a Stillen Lightweight Pulley (standard size) in my Z for a while and I do notice it revs a bit quicker.. Also, you can feel the difference when decelerating; engine feels "lighter"..
As of right now, I'm getting installed a UR lightweight alternator pulley as well.. I don't expect to feel any major difference from this mod though..
