Z unresponsive?????

Yesterday the check engine light came on and the car lost ALL power. It would only go like 5mph and wouldn't rev over 1000rpm. Along with the CEL, the Slippery Road, VDC Off, and Air Bag lights came on. ...and, the Synchro Rev Match turned itself off. I turned the car off for a minute and back on....the 3 lights went away and i was able to drive...but they came back on a minute later and the car died again. After 2 more times doing this i was able to make it back home.

Fortunately i have an uprev cable and software and was able to pull and clear the code:

P1239,Throttle Position Sensor

Has anyone experienced this problem? Can't have the car losing power like this whenever it wants.
