Default Preferred settings for Osiris Standard tune?

Hey guys, I've decided to go with the Osiris Standard (as you can see from the thread title). I just had a few questions about the settings they as for on the website.

1. Where do I find the ECU part number?

2. It asks for the desired idle RPM, is it best to stick with what it's set at stock or go with something else?

3. I'm going to do 3 maps (I think). One will be stock and I'll leave it just as it is. One will be valet (which will most likely be limited to 30 mph and 3000 RPM rev limiter) and the third will be the tuned map. What do you guys suggest setting the rev limiter at on this one?

Thanks for looking!

-Pete

I think that link will work.

I'd start here. I found most of my answers here. I've been tuning a long time and I still have to slow myself down when learning new software.

If this is your first time with the software and the first time TUNING or changing calibrations, then keep that in mind. They are two different animals and two different lessons.

Bottom line is; the two most powerful tools you have is your common sense and the logger.

let me know if you still have trouble with the ecu PN.

Thanks a bunch for the info! I got my cable in today and was unable to do the ROM dump that they requested. I saved my license report and am about to email it to them now. I hope that's all they need
