Uprev,what side effect.?
 

Hi friends,i thinking to send my car for an Uprev reflash,can i know what is the side effect of doing this.??I have the Auto,idling must be stable,will Uprev upset the idling speed.?

I know of no down side. GL with the tune and enjoy.

Provided the tuner is competent, it will run exactly like OEM, but with better responsiveness and more power -- win!

I paid about $650 USD for the license and dyno tune, you only need to purchase the UpRev license once for your car.

Don't tune your car if its stock..

What does the license get you?

The license provides you with the ability to tune the vehicle. Without the license you can't adjust anything. License and tune should run $598-$750 with a true Pro tuner. A 370Z/G37 can take a full day to tune.

I'm seriously thinking of doing it to my stock car.

I'm not expecting any real gains - except it will pay for itself within a year because of better MPG and I'll have the UpRev license for when I mod in the future.

For me it's an investment, the sooner I get better MPG, the sooner I make a profit!

a lot of the Pro-tuners in the middle east actually get requests to just remove the speed limiter lol...
