Brake light comes on after tune

I got my car tuned about 2 months ago also a couple of mods,(exhaust,headers,intake, and testpipes.) I have an automatic (dont laugh!!) and when it is not in slap stick from a dead stop when i punch the gas at around 80mph the emergency brake light comes on and the goes off when I let up on the gas. Any thoughts?
