Got my Uprev??

Is there another tuner nearby with a different dyno? Have others dyno'd there and have had similar results? from what I've seen Mustangs do read lower than most, And 4th

I believe the torque was measured in newton-meters rather than foot-pounds. But after conversion still seems way too low, about 193 ft-lbs before and 211 ft-lbs after. I guess attributed to wrong gear selection.

Being in 3rd alone is explanation for the loss in HP. If you're not driving the wheels with a 1:1 ratio, it easily explains ~30 hp loss.

But 5AT like Sam's car "IS" 3rd gear.. lol redyno and you will see 300 HP

Now i see why your base numbers were similar to mine all though you have more mods than I do.. they did it on 3rd gear!
The tuner said the difference wont be that much in 3rd and 4th? but will put unnecessary pressure on the gear?

which dyno tensai has?

There are only two tuners here one is this where I went and usually everyone goes, I cant compare the numbers with other people because hey just moved their dyno and told me before hand it will read low.

The second is one where G37sHKS took his car, he was soo dishearted that he detuned his car, after they broke his gearbox....they are good with EVOs tough

I will be checking with them on Saturday as they are closed till then

So what you reckon, a retune and redyno or just a redyno?

I dont know know about what your tunner said to be honest. Never had experience with dem but when i was tunning. we tried 3rd, 4th, 5th gear and the 4th gives the highest HP/TQ..

If my info were correct. even AFR is not accurate if you dyno your car with wrong gear. please some1 correct me if im wrong

btw i might be in dubai too, Lets just say I suck at DIY. Maybe you can pick me from evolve and go check your tunner together and drop me back when we finish

Edit: Tansai Have mustang dyno.

Even if the wrong gear was used it wouldn't explain the inconsistency between the HP and torque figures. Mathematically they just don't make sense.

Mustang dyno's do read very low, which is fine, but when the torque and HP don't correlate I would be concerned that they know what they are doing.

Okay, to be honest with you, where Docaam tuned his car is where people says that the tuner plays with the dyno graph because more than 5 customers they get good gains on "graph" but zero gains in butt dyno..

Where I tuned my car is the second tuner that Docaam mentioned, I got only 5-6 gains after tune I was so disappointed and I asked for full refund and detune my car.. but the good thing is. My tuner did not play with dyno graph..

So After this graph now im sure that the tuner (where docaam tuned his car) is playing with graph. because the torque and Hp doesnt match at the right spot which means the car is bad condition and needs to rebuild ASAP and there is no way on earth that Docaam's car is not in good condition.

but i might be wrong.. Docaam's car "Might" not be in good condition

5-6hp is about all you should expect from a tune on our cars, but it is an honest 5-6hp. The only people that get more than that are ones that had A/F ratios out of whack.

The 20hp he got is obviously bogus. People wanted big numbers so the tuner gave it to them by playing with the machine.
