Uprev problems?

My osiris tuner tried to dyno tune my car today... For some reason he can't reflash my ecu... Anyone know why? He has tuned other 370z's before but my ecu

For some reason he can't reflash my ecu... Anyone know why? He has tuned other 370z's before but my ecu just wasn't accepting the changes...
