Question Uprev/tuner Near Oklahoma

Looking for a good shop with dyno and uprev licenses. It does not have to be Oklahoma local. Currently only shop here that could is "Failsafe Performance" but their website is down O.o I'm not against driving to TX. Anything within 3-4hrs is OK. Intend doing this on Wednesday this week. Anyone who could direct me to a decent shop would be much appreciated.

Hey this is Alex with the G37. I know Failsafe closed up recently but if you want I can get you chris's contact info. I was up at the shop last month before he closed up and he said he was still gonna try and do tuning stuff on the side. He tuned my car for me and did a great job.

We have closed the doors indefinitely, at least until the economy gets out of this slump and people start spending money again. As Alex said, we are still UpRev dealers and will be doing tuning on the side, using Humble's dyno.

Got UpRev tuned by Wayne @ T1RaceDevelopment in Rowlett, TX Wednesday last week. Noticed a gain from 288whp base pull to 300.15whp and 20* ignition advance on 91octane and 308.65whp and 24*+ ignition advance on 93+octane(w/91 in the tank tune is set to do 26*+ but pulled timing to 24 w/the 91 so true numbers on 93+ are prolly just a tad higher.)

Maps:
1: 91 octane tune
2: 93+ octane tune
3: 91 octane tune w/cold map same as hot for consistency on the track
4: Stock
5: Vallet/Anti-theft

I was very impressed with Wayne and Tony's knowledge when it comes to tunning. Their shop is also awesome. Unfortunately I was not super impressed with the UpRev software. Still needs a lot of added features but not a bad system. If all the ability to adjust cam timing and vvel was there (like the AP for the GTR) I think I would have been able to overlook the clumsy software... Maybe if it were all in one program too and you didn't have to open 2 different apps and juggle back and forth between the two.
Whenever they unlock the parameters for vvel (rumored early/mid '11) I think it will be awesome.

Awesome man. Your gains for 91 octane are right on par with what I got out of mine. Sometime I'd like to get a tune for 93 just to see what it can do (stupid Oklahoma with its 91 everywhere). On 91 my ignition timing was right around 25-26* after the tune. The ECU will start to adapt to the new settings as you drive more and actually start to advance it even more. I've data logged a few runs and now that my ECU has adapted it hitting around 28-29*.

What were your TQ numbers? And do you have any charts to post up? I'm interested to see how the gains are across the power band.
