UpRev Rep on the forum?

Is there an UpRev rep here on the forum? I have mailed them through the contact us page on their site but don't seem to be getting feedback.

There is, but they are not very active on the forum.
rich@uprev.com is the direct email for Rich.

Still no response from UpRev

I will try and phone them and see if I can get hold of them that way.

Yeah, they were really bad at responding to my emails until after I became a customer, go figure. I imagine calling will provide better results.

Generally I prefer face to face communication, but email is just easier in this instance due to the distance. But I will phone and check

OK, Rich came back to me, they don't support base tuning outside the US, but can supply the Tuner package.

They are the pioneers in late gen Nissan ECU tuning software and firmware. All the top shops are inundated, so I would try giving a phone call, if email doesn't work.

And oftentimes, the questions you need answered can be handled by their protuners. So what's your question? :)

Hey Sharif, I basically just wanted some base maps included with no liability to anyone except me. I am def going to buy the package, but would just like some starter maps to work from.

The visible data on the map is hex code for fuel (except target AF map is in AF ratio),and a value for timing that is NOT in degrees BTDC. Meaning that a base map isn't really telling you much except if the values are slightly higher or slightly lower than stock values.

The best way to start an NA tune, is with the OEM rom file for your car. If you are going to tune the car yourself, you will need the "Tuner" version of Osirus which is $700 available from us. If you purchase from us, you also get no charge technical support, and help in tuning your car which is a nice benefit.

Thanks Sharif, I sent you an email.
