Nismo tune for non-Nismo cars?

I will send it your way, it was me who mentioned the exhaust advance holding another 200 rpm, I could not feel that much difference TBH but you are welcome

Can we reprogram our own ROMs? How is this done? Is it a flash rom or an actual chip.
