Probably need to add the ECU definition for the 2010's to the 'known' database.
The AP can pull the stock rom and if sent to COBB they could role out a beta firmware to include it in the 'recognised' ECU's DB, I know not much help for you but the more ECU's they encounter that are unrecognised and then added the sooner the issue will close.
I had this very issue with my 09 upon initial AP install, COBB worked it for me NP.
Its not like every Z has a different Id, there are a set number of stock rom files that have specific I'ds, for arguments sake, the 2010's may share the same image but across half a dozon file handles.

Hope that makes sense

I would also talk to Uprev and see how they are progressing with the 2010 ECUs.

Dont waste time or money, go with UPREV,COBB, TECHNOSQUARE or simular, I would love to see more oprtons released for us, a stand alone or two would be great also.
