I just got a true dual exhaust put on with hfcs and I also have aftermarket intakes. Someone just told me I need a tune or my car can blow

I just got a true dual exhaust put on with hfcs and I also have aftermarket intakes. Someone just told me I need a tune or my car can blow up. If this is to be true, does anyone know of a place in the NJ/PA/DE area? I have no idea what the cost is either or how long it'll take for the tune. Someone please help!
