If the main issue is not being able to disable the O2 sensor then this isn't so big of an issue I think people are making it out to be.

If the main issue is not being able to disable the O2 sensor then this isn't so big of an issue I think people are making it out to be. For a while now a lot of states didn't allow you to pass emissions with a emissions sensor disabled. NJ I know first hand, mini cats work, and are very inexpensive now days. Prosport has one and I've used bigdaddiesgarage.com and they worked.
