I live in Cali, and want to Run an ECUtek kit, but i couldn't find a carb exemption order for it. Are there any Carb Legal ECU kits, and any engine management kits, that bypass the ECU, so I don't fail OBD-II inspection. I'm also thinking of adding a map for flexfuel. in addition to the standard 91 octane, and vaslet modes.
