Erase tune before engine swap?

Bought 09 370z used and it had been tuned, now I 'm donig an engine swap. Should the tune be erased before engine swap back to factory spec? If so

Bought 09 370z used and it had been tuned, now I 'm donig an engine swap. Should the tune be erased before engine swap back to factory spec? If so anyone have a how to guide?
