Ideal air fuel ratio of tuned car.

I have tried to find what most NA tuned cars are running in regards to air fuel. I am trying to have this answer as reference for when I go and get my car tuned as it will be a make or break question I ask the tuner. So far it seems most tunes end up around 12.8-13.0 air fuel. Can anyone confirm this.
