Default Tuning for a quieter startup

At the moment my exhaust is stock but I have ART pipes waiting in the garage and a full CBE on it’s way and I expect my start ups to annoy some of my neighbors.

During startup the car the car idles at ~2k and then slowly drops within a minute or two which i assume is to pre heat the cats for better emissions and at least get some extra heat in the oil and water before driving away.

I would like to know if it is advisable or even doable to tune the idle with uprev and have it linger at 1k before going down to normal idle?

I would still give the car extra time before i drive away in order to get the blood flowing and get at least a little heat in there
