How hard would it be to get a 400whp?

Realistically speaking how hard would it be push mid 400s? Just looking around to see what mods others have done to reach this amount.

It's not hard at all! To actually make the car last long you need:

GTR injectors
320 aem pump
Nitrous kit
Ecutek tune
Test pipe, nismo exhaust or better.

That should be around 420-450 WHP and can be tuned to be super safe.

What if I threw a turbo in there instead of a Nitrous kit?

Keeping it down to 400whp would be difficult with the kits out there. I guess you could put a 1/4bar wastegate spring in but it’d really be a waste of money to purchase and install a turbo kit for only 400whp.

Can it be done? Yes.
Is it hard? Not if you give your car and a bucket or two of money to a good mechanic. Definitely not a DIY project if you don't know what you are doing.

Quite a few build threads on this site.

How much do you think I'd be pushing with a turbo or supercharger kit?

That completely depends on the setup you buy. Most stock block builds are between 500-550 whp.

My single turbo kit is running 510whp and 440wtq. I could easily run more with a change to E85 but I can’t get enough traction for the power I have, so additional is useless.

A boosted VQ is no joke and more car than the average person can handle or want. It must be respected at all times.

I used to. I stopped a couple years back when I bought a new truck. Since it was lowered it wasn’t practical getting around town.

If you're talking NA, no. On boost, most kits make more than that out of the box.
