I think this stuff has gone over the top. Mine is not tuned for it but will over run when the pipes are hot and I run hard on e85.

I think this stuff has gone over the top. Mine is not tuned for it but will over run when the pipes are hot and I run hard on e85. Heck I got black flagged at a track day because my car backfired on an upshift right at the sound meter.
To answer the question why do have to give it some throttle is because you need unburned fuel in the exhaust and that is what causes the flames and backfiring. Have fun with all that as I am happy leaving show offs in my rearview mirror! Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
