UPREV ISSUES. JUNK. Buyers beware

Ordered uprev for my 2016 Nissan 370Z Nismo. After receiving my order I plug it into my laptop and will not work. Tried a second laptop and same thing. Problem with drivers. Got drivers from uprev and they will not update. Called tech support and they told me it must be a bad cable and they will send me a new one. Had to pay import charges on the second cable. Same issue with second cable. Sent 6 emails to uprev with not one answered. Called tech support and they are now telling me their cables are not compatable with usb 3.0. The offered to send a new cable. Tried everything they reccomended and im still in the hole over $900 US. Very dissapointed in this company. Never bought such a poor over priced product before. Buyers beware.

I'm going to be honest with you man, it sounds like the problem is on your end.

Are you certain you installed the software? (https://uprev.com/updates/UpRev%20Installer.exe)

Of course. Software. Ran the update and used drivers from uprev. Tech support had no fix

No issues with my uprev on my 2015 or 2017 nismo ....plugged in and connected out the box
