Tuner here in Tampa has been doing this for the last 5 years. Pretty much every tuner is so far behind the curve. Safire hawk has been running the tc through custom
Maps for the last 3 or 4 years. I can attest how great it is on the track compared to one, you can’t even tell when TC engages while On the track |

I’ll be running this TC map through ECU tek once I get back
To the track. Only downside is you will run through rear brake Pads |
Ha, yeah, I don't really keep my sig up to date.
Car's now in the process of being tuned by Eugene with the Rotrex kit, and I've been having fun exploring the setup just around town. Regardless of NA vs not, a well tuned TC setup is a great tool to have. I think gatekeeping traction control usage is part of why TC development is so ignored. 370Z stock traction control is woefully bad. We should celebrate that Ecutek's control can get it to something closer to a modern car's TC, and apparently with enough tuning effort, have it feel invisible. |

My suggestion would be to learn how to drive without it and then add in the future. It is a skill set that is invaluable to have. If you get into trouble, you will be able to save it instead of crashing the car. If you want to be hard headed and not listen, you can crash like other folks have done. You need your experience bucket to fill up before your luck bucket runs dry. That won't keep you from doing it but it will give you a fighting chance.

Have a listen to the last part of this video about traction control.
