Default Ecutek failsafe

I've been trying to figure out if this is possible for the 370Z ecutek programming to possibly save my 2nd motor from damage if someone else were to drive it.?

Setting a fail-safe map that sends the car into limp mode whenever the accelerator pedal voltage is above 4v, the car is below 3500 rpm, and it's in 4th to 6th gear.

Anybody try this before?
