Nice! Yeah Travis is great, he makes sure to address your every concern. As far as your numbers, I wouldn't be too concerned. As I'm sure you've read, the dyno should be treated as a tuning tool. Each dyno is different, temps will be different, etc. The important part is your gains from baseline to tune, which look about right.

Between the mustang dyno, the high temps, and the 91 octane, I'd have figured the numbers would be lower. As eddy states, it's just a tuning tool, no need to be concerned with peak power.

I had mine done in May before ZdayZ, and got 312 HP and 260 Ft-lbs (on a Dynojet at Dynosty) with basically the same mods that you have. Even if the numbers would have stayed the same, the drivability and throttle response is SO MUCH BETTER after the tune, that this was worth every penny that I paid.

I am really kicking myself for not taking the time to get a baseline dyno BEFORE mods.

Peak gain from 284 to 295 hp, 222 to 232 tq. Looks like a healthy diff in the lower/mid RPM range, which is all in line with what i've heard/read

Was hoping to be in the 310-320 range but that was pretty optimistic i guess. I know the Mustang runs lower; some of the other google search results say its as much as a 10-12% difference between Mustang and a Dynojet (seems high?)

Dyno tuner said the gas was a limiting factor, said the Shell 91 gas i used was some of the worst in the area

As I swapped to an aftermarket steering wheel, I did not have the cruise control buttons for all the fancy features (my own damn fault), but I don't really need 4 maps.
If you don't mind me asking, what did they charge you for the tune and dyno run?
