Default School me on the tunee side of Ecutek remote tuning.

From the Ecutek website, it looks like I can get the "EcuTek App Downloader" to install the necessary drivers and software.

From there, is it pretty intuitive to pull the ROM? What do I need to know?

I might try and see if I can get it loaded up tonight.

Did you order a new license as well? You aren't able to transfer them from vehicle to vehicle like Uprev.

Beyond that, he should send you a base map depending on your mods. After that, he'll give you the parameters he wants you to log and how he wants you to log them before sending him the log file. Rinse, repeat, victory.

It's extremely simple.

It's pretty simple to download. You need to connect both the usb key and the obd2 connector.

You can use somebody elses key and dongle as long as your car has a license flashed into the ECU.

Also, you can't log unless you have the rom file from your tuner (as far as i know)

Thanks guys! I was able to do several sessions of flashing and logging in the last few weeks.
