Kansas City Tuners

I have test pipes and a new exhaust going on in April, and am going to want a tune following this so I'm getting the most out of the parts and to avoid dumping fuel. I'd prefer not to make the trek to Dynosty or Z1 so I'm looking for recommendations on KC area shops for tuning.

Shops I know of are Justune, Modified by KC, and KC Maxx Performance. I've been told Justune is good, have a couple good and several bad reviews of Modified by KC, and know nothing about KC Maxx but they seem to specialize in domestics.

Hoping to get this knocked out in the summer. All recommendations are welcome!

No worries, appreciate the follow up regardless. Ended up making a roadtrip to Dynosty and pulling the trigger on an Ecutek tune. Extremely satisfied with the results, although for some reason the throttle does not like to blip when kicked on 4 to 3 downshifts..

Thats what I would have done. Do you know if Ecutek has a pop/bang map for the Z? tried emailing them but nothing.

1.5 year update - Having some issues with the car almost dying on hot starts at initial idle and also blipping for downshifts (s-mode off) so I purchased an ecutek cable and will be renting a local dyno for them to remotely fix it. More cost effective than taking time off work and making the trek out to KY.

Probably going to add long tube intakes and a used M370 if I can find one while I'm at it.
