UpRev Conversion ROM Problem
 

Hi,

with the new ROMEditor update, Timing Advance in changed to degrees.

Is available only one map, if you need 5 maps, you must enable ARC.

Well, I have ARC.... But when I convert my old ROM to the new one, the 5 Timing Map have no consistency (145° TA!)

The BIG problem is that there is no way to return to the old ROMEditor!

So I have my Tune unusable...... I have spent a lot of money in Dyno to make my maps, and now I can not reflash because I will lost everything....


Any suggestion? I am asking to pro-tuners also....

Use a copy of your backup file(s).

It's impossible.

After the last upgrade, all backups doesn't work!

bad news guys:

James told me that:

There is no way of converting the timing from the old style to the new you will have to tune again for the other 4 timing maps.

So, all people that had tuned 5 maps, lost money in dyno....

BAD BAD BAD!
