Question Boosted and afr##?

Can a few people Put down there AFR at:

Idle on cold start:
Idle warm:

~2k rpm:
~3k rpm:
~4k rpm:

And full throttle:

I'm trying to figure out if my tune somehow went bad, my AFR guage is toast, AFR or sensor bad, or my upstream o2 sensor is bad.
