Tuning and reliability?

I have been on the fence to dyno tune or do the shelf program too. I already have the dreaded po300 since the HFC install. I don't have a laptop

I have been on the fence to dyno tune or do the shelf program too. I already have the dreaded po300 since the HFC install. I don't have a laptop but a desk computer so I don't know if that works. Was the price under $400(tax return) if u don't mind me asking. mine is just a DD also.
