Looks like a slight increase in torque from 3K-3500. Overall torque increase of a few points too. Was it worth $750? Good question.
Here's your graph.  Some years ago I made some changes on my concours 1400. Before graph is with secondary butterflies installed, w/out tune. After graph is with them removed + tune. Both with a slip on exhaust. Gained upward of 12 ft lb at the low end and a good 20hp on the top end. The ride home was ..... interesting.
