Ecutek: Weird fuel trim issues and miss at idle
So a little background on the car for those who dont know...Fast Intentions TT kit, Stage 1 with Ecutek.
My car has this weird miss during idle, almost like an injector not continuously firing or i am running a much larger injector size, although not constant, it is very annoying/concerning. The injectors (650cc's) were recently cleaned and tested and came out perfect, they are soldered into the factory harness and during inspection doesnt show any signs of wear. Now i am leaving the tuner out of it because i am not sure it has anything to do with him. My long term fuel trims during a cruise are as follows: Bank 1: 135 Bank 2: 118 At idle the short terms are: Bank 1: 75 Bank 2: 95 under boost those long terms stay pegged, the last dyno pull we did showed it go pig rich up top (10.3, the max the dyno will read). Now ive reset the fuel trims but disconnecting the battery and the trims reset but this is a bandaid on a bigger problem. Any ideas..? Seb, Visconti...?
