Do you have to press "dump ecu" to get the option to return back to stock?

If not, can someone list the steps one by one?

download the stock rom for your ecu and flash it using osiris. dump ecu is to send your ecu data so you can send to uprev.

Just reflash the "back to stock" rom for your specific ECU part # and you'll be good to go. If you don't have the back to stock rom PM me your email and ECU part # and I'll set you up

I'm looking to order uprev as I don't have a local tuner near me. I'll be just doing stillen cai and stilllen cat back bolt ons for now. I'm assuming this is a pretty typical setup so I can just get a file and tune myself?

My main concern is being able to flash bank to stock myself if the need arises.

Can someone tell me what type of license cable etc I need for this? I'm not clear on the standard vs tuner ? I also have a 2008 G35 completely stock that if there is a basic tune for, to apply as well, so 2 cars price dependent .

Tuner version allows you to tune yourself, standard you can only reflash tunes made by a protuner.

You can use one cable to tune both but you would need to purchase another license ($300)
