EcuTek with E85
I have a 16 Nismo z34 and Im planning on running E85 and hopefully spit out some gains. Im just a little sketched out right now because I live literally middle of nowhere and I dont know any good tuners here.
Would any tuner be able to tune to e85 using ecutek or should I just drive 4 hours to a tuner that all my friends go to. I hate driving more than an hour or 2 because of my back injury. Gotta make sure its worth the drive lol |
Personally, if you just had to ask a forum to give you piece of mind about if a local tuner is capable over a tuner that 4 hours away that you feel/know is capable I would drive the 4 hours or get a etune from a well recommanded tuner. In the end its your car, but I doubt it was cheap and if you're conserned with your local tuners I wouldnt roll the dice.

If you're talking about getting tuned at Intec Racing in Kent, I would make the drive for the tune.
About E85, I would read this first: Everything You Never Wanted to Know About Alcohol - Injector Dynamics |
