Do I Need a Retune?

Going from LTH back to stock heads and cats....do i NEED a retune or will it mess up my Z? I have intake, exhaust, uprev tune, and pulley. I got a tune for going to LTH bc I wanted to make the most, but I'm broke right now and can't afford another tune to go back ($150).... What can happen from not having the proper tune? Thank y'all for all your courteous input I really appreciate you guys.
p.s. Whats the longest (time/miles) I can wait b4 having the tune done.

Just run the stock tune for now?

yeah I guess I could switch maps to the stock one but would that be better than the Map with LTHs?
