Visconti is not Reliable.

ECUTEK Suggested Tuners?

Also so you know, There's a place in Charlotte called shift fast Motorsports. But I've never been there. Apparently they tune aggressively though so be carful there are a lot of shops in Charlotte that only go for numbers and then blow your **** up haha. Be careful. Sucks that soho didn't feel comfortable with nitrous on your motor

I hope the forum folks wake-up and understand that J.Visconti is a piss of shi* business man. He may be an awesome tuner but on the flip side to that he has HORRIBLE Communication and Social Skills.

He is the type of dude that makes you second guess purchasing Ecutek due to his theatrics & drama with involves him as a tuner. It almost like you being held hostage in somewhat ways because you're in ways forced to deal with him if you want to have your car tuned on the East Coast in particularly the Tri-State area.

So if you don't want to support his business or deal with him you're kind of pushed to go to Seb (The other EcuTek Master Tuner on the West Coast) Who is so much more professional, reachable, communicative, frank and competent without the Arrogance and awkward social skills of his peer on the East Coast, J.V.

Check out Rob at top speed Motorsports. He is the owner of Rob Tuning. He did a great job with my car and another friends car. He had one of the best prices of anyone I spoke with and he's in Alpharetta Ga.

Thanks I'll give them a call today.

Ya tell me about it, was a little surprised by the response was hoping they were up for the challenge.

Gregor12 02-12-2016 10:32 AM

Ahhh I missed the whole e tune part. That would not be smart lol and I feel you on that. Probably just didn't want to promise you something they haven't done yet. At least he was honest I guess haha

We would be interested in chatting about your set up, and should be able to help you out if you are interested.

Honestly, would not want to do any remote tuning on a Nitrous set up as that is just much to risky. We are a bit north, but if there are no other options it might be your best bet.

Shoot me a call at 410-593-7080 and ask for Daelen.

one north carolina sucks, and so do the panthers... with that out of the way lol :p :D

top speed motorsports or z1. i got my car tuned at z1 and they did a good job. also, i think every shop has had where they screw up a car or two according to people.

V8Killer 02-13-2016 09:34 AM

Talked to Daelen and Ray from MAMotorsports and things are looking promising.

If things go right could have a direct port kit and a tune with ecutek. I've just been doing some research if it is beneficial for bigger intakes. I could get up to 3 inches on the tubes and the tb's but it will still bottle neck once past the tb.

Always on the lookout for suggested tuners...

Sebastian @ SpecialtyZ seems to be the winner here... other choices?
