Default Code p200.a/f code help

As I was driving to work yesterday evening, the "check engine" light popped on. The car drive and feels fine. I didn't notice a hiccup or anything.

i just plugged in my upRev cable and scanned for codes. One code came up, P2a00,A/F Sensor Range/Performance (Bank 1. Sensor 1).

This is the 2nd time this case have came up for my car.

A little back story. I installed my BP Turbo kit around 5k miles ago. At around 4K miles I did a oil change. About 200 miles (estimate) the code P200.a/f came up. I asked around a they said to just clear it if everything looks to be working right. I cleared it and all was well until yesterday. The code popped back up.

What do you guys/gals think? I'll ask my tuner tomorrow when they are open but for now; I'm fishing for more info.

Shop guy told me it was the right MAF sensor. I unplugged the battery and cleaned it, let it dry, plugged it back and and started the car. Check engine light is gone but I have not taken her on a short trip to see if it will come back yet.
