UpRev - Standard Cable and Cypher

Does anyone know if you have to have an UpRev license to use the standard cable to log/clear codes with Cypher? Reason I ask is I'm about to make the

Reason I ask is I'm about to make the jump to Ecutek and I'm trying to decide if it's worth buying the Ecutek cable to log/clear codes and selling my UpRev cable or if I can just keep the cable I have and log/clear codes with Cypher. __________________ '10 G37T 6MT Graphite/Graphite - BP - G37T Build
