UpRev ECU tune results for Semtex's Z

How did Sharif up the rev limiter? From what I understand from reading on here and talking to the guys at UpRev, you can't do that? From watching my two

From what I understand from reading on here and talking to the guys at UpRev, you can't do that? From watching my two buddy's dyno pulls with their Z's, they all shut down at around 7500 rpm.
