Jared,

If you are watching this board, I am scheduled to go to Indecracing in Tacoma, WA tomorrow to have the cold start problem fixed. Will they have the new program available? Thanks.

The updates are on the site and ready. Pro tuners just need to run the updater program to get the latest ROM files. Then copy the tune from the old ROM into the new one and flash it onto the ECU. Problem solved. No need for retuning.
There are two handy utilities in the ROM editor that make copying the tune over a snap. Just use "Export all tune data" on the old ROM, then open the new ROM and use "Import all tune data".

^ Very cool. Contacting my tuna :)

Oh, and the actual bug was that the cold condition ignition table was being looked up wrong. The patch we did shifted the whole table by a couple of columns, so when the car was cold and at low load, the software was actually looking outside of the table and getting bad values for the ignition advance. Pretty simple fix once we figured out where the problem was.

Thanks for resolving this issue so quickly, Jared. I'm sure I speak for all of us when I tell you that we're very grateful!

Quick update. Sharif loaded the updated ROM into my ECU yesterday, and I can confirm that the cold start issue is indeed fixed. No more lurching!
