E85 Tune W/OE Fuel System

Is anyone running E85 with a full OE fuel system and basic intake/exhaust mods? I read in another forum +20 hp increase just from fueling with E85 and tuning it

Default E85 Tune W/OE Fuel System
Is anyone running E85 with a full OE fuel system and basic intake/exhaust mods?

I read in another forum +20 hp increase just from fueling with E85 and tuning it but never got a response as to what supporting fuel mods. Are required.

Thanks for any help you can lend.
