I'll chime in until Josh does. We've completed most of all the tuning and it's been pleasurable and smooth for both parties. EcuTek's advanced logging parameters make the tuning possible via e-tuning. I was always hesitant to tune a car via logs alone. I like to smell, hear, and feel the vehicle I tune. However I can say that it is possible to do it safely in the correct hands (tuner and end user).
Josh has yet to take it to the dyno and we last left it at adding more advance to make more power as we were seeing no signs of knock. |

Sorry guys, it has been a busy couple weeks!! Sebastian pretty much summed it up! I was finally able to get the car out last night to get a log for one of the more aggressive tunes! The car seemed to pull strong through 3rd-5th for the 2 runs I made. Up to this point I am very happy with the process, results and Sebastian's responsiveness! There was a slight learning curve just to get used to the software and where everything is, but ecutek made a great user friendly product! Once we get to the point where Sebastian fells like we are close I plan on getting on a dyno and over to Bandimere raceway and see the results on the 1/4 mile! :-)

Sorry for the lack of updates! It's been a busy couple months for me! We are still working on getting the tune dialed in, all of the delays have been on my end Sebastian has been awesome and super responsive even though i'm sure he is much more busy than me!! I am hoping to get everything with the tune close in the next couple weeks, as Bandimere's last week for test and tune is the 2nd week in Oct. I will let everyone know how it runs if I make it out there!

yes I did, track was stupid busy so I only got a couple runs in. I could not get traction in 1st and 2nd and i'm pretty inexperienced so my time blew. Car felt like it was running strong though. Seb. enabled the traction control so hopefully next time will be better, unfortunately the track is closed for test and tune for the year.

Interested in track times.. i get craptastic times as well. 1 and 2nd spins easily and modulation and slipping of clutch is just about impossible hence the interest in ECU Tech.

Yes, with EcuTek you can adjust how invasive you want the TC to be.
