Default Uprev help

I recently got a Uprev tune at z1, a couple months after I got a p0138 code which is my post cat sensor. So I have 2 questions. 1. Was z1 supposed to already have that code deleted from ever popping up? And 2. Can I go to any licensed Uprev tuner and let them clear the code? I don't wanna have to drive to z1 because it's really far but I heard if you use a cable it links it to a ecu. therefor to get my codes cleared id have to buy another Uprev. Please correct me if I'm wrong lol! ( I hope I am)

This is not a typical code to disable. Especially if you have anti foulers. Leaving the codes on are required now by some states for emissions purposes.

You can have Z1 e-mail you your tune file but you will need to purchase a cable. This would probably be your cheapest and fastest solution.

Probably a bad sensor.
