UpRev torque management issue. 4-3 downshift messed up. Help?
I have two tunes for my Infiniti M56S (same 7AT as the 370Z's). One has torque management adjustments with the tune (line pressure increase), the other one doesn't. I'm using the second one for now, because the first is unusable.
For some reason the tune with torque management updates downshifts awful, but only the 4-3 shift, only at 50MPH, with my foot on the throttle (doesn't matter how little or a lot). Does anybody know why this could be? And to be more specific the shift is not just awful, but it is extremely long and jerky. I emailed UpRev today for their support and waiting to hear back. My tuner back in NYC no longer works at the shop, so he can't really help, either. |
