I'm curious, what tuner doesn't do a pull first thing right when you get there to make sure everything's cool and to have a base line right off the rip?

I'm curious, what tuner doesn't do a pull first thing right when you get there to make sure everything's cool and to have a base line right off the rip? So if you showed up you'd have a dyno for the uprev tune, then he installs ecutek and tunes the car. this would give us a before and after same day, same dyno, same temps etc. I'd be very surprised if a tuner just wiped your ecu without doing a thing and started fresh tuning with ecutek. His style might be different but I've never seen that done before unless for example like me I've shown up and wasn't tuned for a 3-port boost controller or new EWG and going WOT right off the rip would of been pretty dumb. Just my $0.02.
EVOHUNTER and evensen007 like this.

Well Scott my tuner took the best pull my car made with Uprev that didnt mean he just put it on the dyno and wiped the ecu. The dyno chart is to show the gains from switching the software. Thats why whenever i do any changes to my motor i go to the same dyno. Also i will be going back to the same dyno when we switch over to E85.

So you're good to go, he did run it then. You have a before and after and not one from December then.

I can't wait to do it! Plan is it do GTR injectors as they can be had for cheap and a DW65c should be 100% drop in without modding the stock surge tank. At 265lph it's better than the bigger cheaper walbro. I think it's worth it though at $169 vs $80 to not mess that up. I just wanna here 100% if a pump is needed.

Does uprev have a fuel pump duty cycle??

Fingers crossed a guy on GTR forums has 2 brand new DW65c's for sale. I asked for a pic to verify 100% it's the same as a 370z, but those are $165 each. He's selling for $210 for both. At $105 I don't think I can pass up a 100% drop in when walbro is $80 and you have to mod stuff. Interested??
