Very nice numbers. So is 350whp now doable with Ecutek? The average that I've seen around the forums is about 330+ with bolt-ons, some port work, and UpRev.

That's a pretty high average! A legit pull/gear/correction/heavy mods should be 320's. I'll get back lash but no one should be in the 330's. Not unless you're e85 and this ecutek really does have VVEL and stuff that actually aids in power. So far no ones willing to do a back to back so I'm gonna keep holding my breath.

But as I said, with everything else ecutek seems to offer that's gonna be worth it alone, not even talking power wise.

I will post the results when i switch over Scott.

Fingers crossed a guy on GTR forums has 2 brand new DW65c's for sale. I asked for a pic to verify 100% it's the same as a 370z, but those are $165 each. He's selling for $210 for both. At $105 I don't think I can pass up a 100% drop in when walbro is $80 and you have to mod stuff. Interested??

Let me save you some time.

I already did a NA Flex Fuel car.

Picked up 0 HP on any blend of ethanol.. including E99.

It's my buddy's car that I've been doing all the beta testing on so it wasn't rushed.

Flex Fuel is great for guys running 91 octane or going Forced Induction.

All you need is GTR Injectors..DO NOT NEED FUEL PUMP!

Maybe they should make a thread about it , regardless I've seen zero gains on 93 octane. I can't sell a customer $1000+ conversion with no gains.

Might be worth it if your road racing, it'll keep the coolant temps down

Then you should do it.

On a real hot day I've seen coolant temps drop 10+ degrees on a GTR when running ethanol.

Very interesting. I am surprised. But data is data. I would think that the increased octane level of ethanol would allow more aggressive ignition timing in the lower rpm ranges. Were there any gains in the area under the hp curve?

I have a noob question. I've seen a lot of posts regarding the off idle stumble(insert joke here) when the engine is warm, can this be programmed out now that the VVEL is accessible? I've heard the issue is with the car's manipulation of the throttle plates coming off the line. Hit the gas, and the car stumbles. This scared the crap out of me the first time I experienced it turning left through an intersection
