Default Street Tune V.S. Dyno tune. Which is better?

Hey guys, I'm about to do some tuning with a new fuel return upgrade.

My question is Street tune better being than dyno being that it's real world data?

If so, what's the best street conditions for data logging? Weather, road, gear pull, rmp ect.....

Thanks.
