I did. I thought that was what scrambled the program since I used my phone as a hotspot to update the software. So then I downloaded it onto my work laptop and took that home with the same results.
Good news is that uprev's customer support is incredible. They say they charge $100 for tech support but I called them probably 6 times and they either answered or called me right back. There is a guy named Omar that walked me through everything. I also ended up ordering the uprev interface cable which will allow me to swap my license onto it. I paid for 2 day shipping and it showed up about 18 hours after I placed the order.
