UpRev - transmission settings safe?

I got an UpRev tune done - car drives great! Thing is they also adjusted transmission settings so it shifts a lot harder, especially when romping it to redline. Are

Thing is they also adjusted transmission settings so it shifts a lot harder, especially when romping it to redline. Are these settings safe for the transmission? Who else has this tune and settings and has an opinion one way or the other?
