From another thread.

How does map switching work?
Using the Cruise Control Buttons...
-Hold the set/coast toggle down
-Press "Cancel" once for map 1, twice for map 2, etc...
-Then release the set/coast toggle.
-When you release the toggle, the cruise "SET" light on the dash will blink once for map 1, twice for map 2, etc...

UpRev tune... Changing maps?

Does it work the same way with EcuTek or is that still just a one map system? I forget where they are with that software A) cuz I don't have it and B) because they made a bunch of promises up front and took forever to start delivering

Hold cruise control cancel button down for a second and the tach needle will jump to 1000 rpm for map 1, 2000 rpm for map 2, etc., showing you the map that is currently being used. You can then use the accel/coast switch to toggle between maps. I've got four maps with EcuTek at the moment, plus valet mode.
